Return-to-sport rehabilitation

Sports exercise physiology helps rebuild strength, endurance and confidence for the demands of your sport. Chloe assesses your current capacity, then builds a progressive program around movements such as changing direction, landing and repeated efforts, with measurable goals to guide your return.

Your assessment and exercise program

Comprehensive assessment. In your 45-minute appointment, Chloe discusses your injury and sporting goals, assesses your movement and strength, and identifies your starting point.

A tailored, progressive program. Practise your exercises with Chloe, then build the load as your capacity improves. Where needed, she works alongside your treating physiotherapist.
